     As you remember we had just lived through a sellers agreement with a realtor who was all talk and no action, so we were quite skeptical of what realtors said vs what they actually did. You assured us that the home would sell at the agreed upon price and that it would sell before school started. You were true on both counts.

     The closing turned into a nightmare with my best guess being that the buyers agent was inept and unqualified. After almost two weeks in the closing process it finally happened and everything was done. Many harried moments and tense phone calls took place and through it all you kept your focus and saw to it that everything was proper.
